摘要
以沙特延布水泥厂海水淡化项目为例,从监控系统配置选择、架构搭建、上位机组态等方面进行阐述,开发了一套基于CPU及通讯双冗余的自动化监控系统。该自动化监控系统可对海水淡化工艺设备自动控制、系统运行相关仪表参数自动检测、故障报警处理,具有高自动化、高可靠性,满足用户生产及工艺控制需求。
Desalination project in Saudi Yanbu cement factory water as an example, expounds the monitoring system configuration selection, architecture, PC configuration etc. Developed a set of automated monitoring system based on CPU and communication of dual redundancy. Automatic monitoring system with process equipment automatic control,operation parameters of instrument system detection, fault alarm processing and other functions. High automation, high reliability,meet user demand production and process control.
