摘要 对于发电厂热力系统阀门内漏的检测,传统上一般使用人工巡检法、超声检测技术和基于振动分析检测方法。本文基于传热学原理,研究了阀门内漏的计算方法,从而获得阀门内漏的相对程度。设计并开发了实时监管系统,实现了阀门内漏程度的在线监测。通过现场试验与实施,系统能够很好地进行阀门内漏的实时监测,并能完成泄露历史的查询和数据统计分析。 For the testing of the valve leaking in the power plant thermal system, traditionally speaking, the use of manual inspection, ultrasonic testing technology and detection methods based on vibration analysis are more general. Based on the principle of heat transferring, this passage studies with the computing method of the valve leakage to obtain the relative degree of the valve leakage. Designing and developing a system of real-time monitoring, the passage realizes the online monitoring on the extent of the valve leaking. Through the field tests on the implementation, the system can perform well in the real-time monitoring of the valve leakage and complete the query on historical data leakage and statistical analysis as well.
