摘要
以往对高职院校管理模式的研究探索主要侧重于教育学领域,实际上从组织管理的角度运用学习型组织模式指导高职院校管理模式创新同样具有可行性,主要是高校的组织特性、人本管理思想、组织文化以及教师特征等为高职院校创建学习型组织提供了内在动力,也为高职院校加快现代学校制度建设提供了条件。
Previous research on management mode of higher vocational colleges puts emphasis on educational research. In fact, from the angle of organizational management, it is feasible to guide college management mode innovation by the learning organization. Colleges organizational characteristics, idea of humanistic management, organizational culture and teachers'characteristics provide the inner motivation for higher vocational colleges'creation of a learning organization and the condition for accelerating the construction of modem school system for higher vocational colleges.
