摘要
针对铝电解生产过程中氧化铝料塔的料位采集节点分散,相互之间通讯距离远等特点,应用STM32系列控制器和433 MHz无线通信技术,设计实现了料塔料位的自动化无线测控系统。实际测量表明此系统在强电磁干扰、粉尘等环境中工作稳定,数据传输可靠,降低了人力成本,提高了安全系数。
In the production process of aluminum electrolysis, for the scattering of nodes in alumina level of towers and far distance between each other, an automated wireless system of measuring and controlling for towers level is designed and implemented using the technology of STM32 family controller and 433 MHz wireless communication. Actual measurements show that this system works stably with reliable data transmission in the environment with strong electromagnetic interference, dust and so on. It can reduce labor costs and improve the safety.
