摘要
通过分析移动网客户流失原因,提出了实施全过程客户维系与挽留措施,达到增加现有用户满意度、减少用户流失率、提高企业整体竞争力的目的。
By analyzing the loss reason of mobile web customer, the article puts forward the measures of maintaining and retaining for the customer to achieve the purpose of increasing the satisfying degree of customer, reducing the loss rate of customer and enhance the whole competitive power for the enterprise.
