摘要
microRNA是一类非编码单链小分子RNA,长度为20~23个碱基(nucleotide,nt)。通过与靶mRNA的3'UTR特异结合,它可以引起靶mRNA的降解或翻译抑制,在转录后水平上调控基因表达。核转录因子NF-κB与许多人类重大疾病都有密切的关系。本文主要综述了microRNA与NF-κB信号通路在肿瘤中的相互关系,以及它们通过调控基因表达来影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡和侵袭。
MicroRNAs, a class of non-coding single-stranded RNA with the length of 20-23 nt, can be involved in the regulation of gene expression. By binding with 3' untranslated regions (3'UTR), microRNAs can cause target mRNAs to be degraded or to be translationally inhibited, and then regulate the expression of genes at post-transcriptional level. Nuclear factor NF-κB is found in most human cells, and has closely rela- tionship with many serious illnesses. This article mainly focuses on the relationship between microRNAs and NF-κB pathway in tumors, and they can directly affects proliferation, apoptosis and invasion of tumors by regulating the expression of genes.
