某部肱骨干投弹骨折情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Throwing Fracture of Humeral Shaft in a Certain Troop

目的调查了解某部肱骨干投弹骨折的发生率,探讨肱骨干投弹骨折的易感因素,分析致伤原因,并提出合理预防措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2010—2012年度某部肱骨干投弹骨折发生情况进行调查分析。结果某部军事训练致肱骨干投弹骨折的发生率1.65‰。步兵骨折发生率明显高于装甲兵、炮兵（P〈0.05）;伤者中入伍1年内新兵肱骨干投弹骨折发生率明显高于1~2年军龄及≥2年军龄组（P〈0.05）。结论肱骨干投弹骨折是多方面因素综合作用导致的,错误的投掷动作是造成肱骨干投掷骨折的主要原因,应采取相应预防措施。

Objective We surveyed the epidemiologic of the humeral shaft in troops, and analyzed the injury feature and predisposing factors of throwing fracture causes, and provided effective preventive measures. Throwing fracture of the humeral shaft in a certain troop. Method From 2010 to 2012 was investigated by retrospective survey study. Results The results show that the prevalence rate of throwing fracture of the hu- meral shaft in a certain troop is 1.65%o. The incidence rate of throwing fracture of the humeral shaft in in- fantry is significantly higher than that in armoured troops or artillery troops （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The rate in recruits is significantly higher than that in veteran soldiers （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Factors causing the fracture are in many aspects, but the mistakable throwing action is the most important reason. The preventive measures should be focused on the risk factors.
