Analysis was made on the structure and existing problems of human resources in Guangxi water conser-vancy units, based on which the authors presented the basic situation of Guangxi water and power vocational educa-tion group, described the working style of the group as well as its exploration in cultivating talents for water conser-vancy units of basic levels, and discussed the development concept of group in the future.
