摘要
自主研制了基于划痕原理的岩石耐磨仪,可得出岩石试样的耐磨性指数CAI,以此来评价岩石对TBM刀具的磨损能力。该装置采用了较为简便的机械构造与显微镜测试,具有结合现有TBM隧道施工技术实践的特点,以及易于操作、便于学习、结合的知识点丰富等优点。非常适合在"岩石力学"实验教学环节中让学生动手实践,是对土木工程、地质工程专业"岩石力学"、"工程地质学"课程中关于岩石性质的一个很好的补充及有效的拓展,相关实验已在本科生课程实验中开展。
Based on the principle of scratches wear-resisting, the rock abrasive apparatus is developed independently. CERCHAR abrasiveness index (CAI)is presented to assess the wear ability of TBM tool for rock by the equipment. The device uses a relatively simple mechanical structure and microscopic test,which has the characteristics of existing TBM tunnel construction technique practice,and is easy to operate, and easy to study,combined with the advantages of productive knowledge. It is very suitable for students' practice in the experiment of rock mechanics,which is a good supplement and effective extension about the properties of the rock in the courses of Rock Mechanics and Engineering Geology. The experiment for the rock abrasive apparatus is performed for undergraduate students.
