社会的发展对高等教育的需求是多样化的,高校要在人才培养上实现多元化、特色化的有机结合。目前高校人才培养存在人才同质化现象明显、办学特色不突出、实践教学重视不够等问题。常州大学在明确办学定位的基础上,突出办学特色,确立应用型、专业型、复合型的多元人才培养目标,通过拓宽专业口径、优化专业结构、强化实践教学、开展研究性学习和创新性实验、完善教学质量评价体系等措施和途径,有效推动了人才培养质量稳步提高。

With the development o{ society,its demand for higher education has become diversified. Colleges and universities should take great importance to the talent training. However, the loss of diversity and characteristics has become the common problem in practice for many colleges and universities. Considering the school-running orientation, Changzhou University determined to cultivate the application oriented talent, pro{ession-oriented talent as well as the compound talent, with the means o{ widening specialty, bettering the structure of majors, strengthening practice teaching, having research study and innovative experiment, improving teaching quality evaluation system to improve the quality of talent training.
