Calculating equipment sets and laboratory housing area are always difficult problems in laboratory management work. The laboratory construction and management mode established through the using rate of equipment by Wuyi University is a new perspective in laboratory management work. It solves the above problems of the management work reasonably, effectively and fairly, which has certain reference value in colleges and universities.
