随着电商物流的蓬勃发展,很多人普遍认为自提柜模式是"最后一公里"配送的较好解决方法。文章针对自提柜发展中所遇到的问题进行研究分析,指出现有自提柜存在着接受观念、技术限制、盈利模式不清、成本居高不下等问题,提出合理的宣传、改变盈利模式、出台相应政策、完善信息化、合理布局等解决方案和方法。

With the rapid development of the electronic com- merce, lots of people generally think the cabindts from men- tioning mode is the better ＂ last one kilometer＂ distribution solution. The article makes some research on the problem of the cabinet, including people＇s opinion, technical limitations, profit model, high cost. The article takes some method like reasonable propaganda, change the profit model, appropiate policy, perfeet information and rational layout to solve this problem.
