生态农村物流基地建设研究——以四川省宜宾县为例

Research on Construction of Ecological Rural Logistics Base——Illustrated the Case of Yibin County in Sichuan Province

生态农村的建设离不开高度发达和完善的农村物流体系,而发达的物流体系又以物流基地建设为据点。文章以四川省宜宾县为例,在对县域农林生态产业生产布局及周边社会、经济环境充分调研分析的基础上,分析了宜宾县农村物流发展优势和不足,并利用多目标格序决策方法对其物流基地进行选址决策。文章提出,在生态农村的建设中,应以物流基地为中心,实施城乡物流一体化发展,引进城市工商资本,构建生产资料供应商+物流公司+农户+加工企业+销售商+金融机构的网络系统,创造相乘累积效果。

The construction of ecological countrysidedepend on a highly developed and perfeetrural logistics system, and the devel- oped logistics system and logistics base construction as a stronghold. On the basis of fullinvestigation and study onecology industry production layout and the surrounding social and economic environment, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of rural logistics by taking yibin county in sichuan province as an example, and use the multiobjective lattice--order decision-making method for logistics base location decisions. The conclusion is that the construction of ecological countryside should be centered on logistics base, and implemented the integration of urban and rural logisticsdevelopment, and buihthe network system of produc- tion supplier＋logistics company＋peasants＋processing companies＋seller＋financial institutions, and finally create multiply accumulation effect.
