摘要
高职物流管理专业课程的教学改革应明确人才培养目标定位,优化专业课程体系和内容,并不断创新专业课程的教学方法。文章结合物流行业对复合型人才的需求,将"微课"理念引入教学方法改革,分析了当前高职物流专业课堂教学中存在的"三大矛盾",探讨了微课资源辅助下的高职物流课程教学改革方案,为改善高职教学质量提供思路。
The course reform should specify the objectives in talent cultivation in logistics management major of higher vocational education, optimize the course system and contents and innovate teaching methods. Combined with the logistics industry^s requirement for compound talents', the paper analyzed the three major contradictions existing in the current logistics courses, while introuduced the miero-lesson idea in the teaching reform, and discussed the micro-lesson assisied for teaching reform in higher vocational education, in order to provide ideas for improving the teaching quality.
