Fine Study on the Method of Safety Management of Cigarette Distribution Center

为保证烟草商业企业卷烟配送中心人、财、物的安全,急需健全和加强精细化安全长效管理体制。目前适用的精细化安全管理方法包括安全标准化管理方法、安全目标管理方法、岗位安全达标管理方法和危险源识别控制方法。结果表明,通过这些方法的应用,卷烟配送中心能够强化岗位安全达标工作,切实加强专业安全教育培训管理,并强化安全评估工作,以保证卷烟配送中心安全管理工作落到实处并始终保持良好的运作状态。

In order to ensure the tobacco commercial enter- prise property safety of cigarette distribution center, the man- agement of fine safety need to be improved and strengthened. Fine safety management methods currently applied including safety standardization management method, safety target man- agement method, post safety standard management and danger- ous source identification method. Through the application of these methods, cigarette distribution center can strengthen safety standards, strengthen the professional safety education and training management and strengthen the safety assessment work in order to ensure the safety management of cigarette distribution center to implement and maintain good operating condition.
