摘要
采用相对黏度2.49的聚己内酰胺(PA6)切片高速纺丝生产PA6全拉伸丝(FDY),探讨了生产过程中PA6 FDY条干不匀率的影响因素.结果表明:在一定范围内,随着单体抽吸气流速度的增加,纤维条干不匀率降低,气流速度宜控制在1.60 ~ 1.70 m/s;生产同等规格的产品时,选择较大直径的喷丝板,纤维条干不匀率较小;上油率对纤维条干不匀率的影响较大,宜控制在1.25%~1.45%;控制侧吹风速度0.50~0.65m/s,温度18 ~20℃,相对湿度(80 ±5)%,有利于降低纤维的条干不匀率;生产44 dtex/34 f PA6 FDY,条干不匀率可控制在1.13% ~ 1.17%.
Polycaprolactam (PA6) fully drawn yarn (FDY) was produced by using PA6 chip with the relative intrinsic of 2.49via high-speed spinning process. The influential factors on the yarn irregularity of PA6 FDY were discussed during the productionprocess. The results showed that the yarn irregularity was decreased with the increase of monomer suction speed in a specificrange ; the monomer suction speed should be controlled as 1.60 - 1.70 m/s ; the yarn irregularity was relatively low as the spin-neret with relatively large diameter was used to produce the fibers of the same specification; the oil pick up, giving a fairly greateffect on the yarn irregularity, should be controlled as 1.25% - 1.45% ; the yarn irregularity of PA6 FDY could be decreased bycontrolling cross air speed 0.50 -0.65 m/s, temperature 18 -20 ℃ and relative humidity (80± 5 )% ; and the yam irregularityofdd dtex/34 f PA6 FDY should be controlled as 1.13% - 1.17%.
