城固苏村出土铜器的技术特征及其相关问题

Technological Characteristics and Related Issues of the Bronze Objects from Sucun, Chenggu

本文对陕西城固苏村出土商代铜器进行了合金成分和金相组织分析。结果显示,经检测的铜器材质仅见锡青铜和铅锡青铜两种类型,而金相组织则包括铸造、铸后受热、铸后(局部)热加工以及铸后热冷加工等多种加工形式。苏村小冢出土的三角援戈、鍚、面饰等兵器类器物,铸作精良、合金配比合理,显示出较高的技术水准,与镰形器所代表的本土冶铸传统存在较大差异。本文认为,这些传统观点认定的所谓"本土器物"实际上有产自其它地区的可能,并指出关中平原是值得重视的地区。

This paper investigates the technological characteristics of the Shang bronzes discovered at Sueun in Chenggu County, Shaanxi Province. Results show that analysed objects include two types of alloys, namely tin bronze and lea- ded-tin bronze. In addition, their metallographic structures indicate different fabrication techniques including casting, annea- ling, hot forging （partially） and cold working. Most of the weaponry objects such as triangle ge blade,yang disc, and masks are of high quality in terms of their well-controlled alloy composition and manufacturing processes.The dramatic difference between the Sucun bronze group and locally made sickle-shaped objects implies that the former might belong to different technological traditions.This paper then argues that the Sucun weaponry could have been imported to Hanzhong and points their potential provenance to the Guanzhong Plain, even though they were always considered as ＇ local objects＇.
