活血祛瘀治疗甲状腺癌术后颈部水肿

Observation of postoperative neck edema of thyroid cancer treated with method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis

目的观察以活血化瘀法治疗甲状腺癌术后颈部水肿的临床疗效。方法 32例甲状腺癌患者,在接受手术、内分泌治疗后给予通络汤2个疗程治疗;观察治疗前后患者的临床证候的变化情况。结果 32例患者中颈部水肿痊愈25例,占78.13%;好转7例,占21.87%。强直、麻木、疼痛亦取得明显疗效。结论通络汤通过改善切口区域微循环,能够有效缓解甲状腺癌术后水肿、强直、麻木诸症,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of postoperative neck edema of thyroid cancer treated with the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Methods Totally 32 patients were administered by Tongluo decoction for two courses of treatment after surgery and endocrine therapy, and the changes of the clinical syndromes of the patients were observed before and after treatment. Results In 32 cases,25 patients with neck edema were cured, accounted for 78. 13 % ; 7 patients were improved, accounted for 21.87 %. The symptoms of rigidity, numbness, and pain also relieved effectively. Conclusion Through improving the microcirculation of incisional region, the postoperative edema, rigidity and numbness, and so on of thyroid cancer can effectively relieved by Tongluo decoction, and the patients＇ quality of life were improved.
