林权流转的相关影响因素分析

Research on Factors on Forest Rights Circulation

利用国家林业局集体林权制度改革监测小组2014年监测数据,进行林权流转调研。以农户家庭拥有的林地地块为研究对象,不仅考虑社会因素、农户因素对林权流转影响,还探讨林地地块特征对林权流转影响。利用Logit回归模型,分析影响林地地块的流转因素,为林权流转提出建议。

This paper does research on forest rights circulation based on the State Forestry Administration＇ s data about collective forest right system reform. It regards the household＇ s forest land as research object and research on the social effects, individual effects and forest characteristics effects on forest rights circulation. Logit regression mod- el is used to analysis the factors on forest rights circulation. It also gives some advice on collective forest fight system reform.
