摘要
文章在对石漠化综合治理情况总结的基础上分析了石漠化综合治理面临的形势、加快治理的意义和可行性。建议将石漠化综合治理纳入国家重点生态工程建设,上升到国家战略;通过坚持恢复林草植被为主,综合治理;加大投入力度,完善扶持政策;深入总结一期工程经验教训,一期工程实施情况;统筹各部门力量,出台高层次顶层设计,分类指导;根据地方特色建立当地适宜发展模式,促进区域经济社会可持续发展;加强监管力度等措施加快岩溶地区石漠化综合治理步伐。
The paper the analysis of the comprehensive control of rocky desertification in the form of face, acceler- ate the significance and feasibility of governance, which based on summary of the situation of the comprehensive taming ofkarst rock desertification. Some suggestion were give to speed up its pace. Such as： the project of the com- prehensive tan-ring of karst rock desertification should be brought into the important project in our country, and up- graded to a national strategy; Comprehensive treatment give priority to restore vegetation; Expand financial input and improve the supporting policies; Summarize implementation situation, experiences and lessons of the first proj- ect; Coordinated overall strength of the department to to produce the top-level design and be classified guidance; According to the local characteristics to establish suitable for local development mode and to promote regional eco- nomic and social sustainable development;and strengthen the supervision.
