摘要
主要阐述了目前林业企业人力资源管理开发中存在的问题,并深入分析了引发这些问题的内在原因,并在此基础上提出了较为科学实用的人力资源开发和管理方法,为解决我国的人力资源开发与管理在林业企业中的运用问题提供绵薄之力。
The paper mainly expounds the current problems existing in the enterprise human resources management development of forestry and analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward scientific methods on the basis of the practical human resources development and management, to solve the problem of human resource develop- ment and management in China ＇ s forestry enterprise application problems.
