构建职业高校“三位一体”监控体系管理模式探析

辅导员作为高校学生管理工作的一线人员,承担着重要的责任。随着市场经济的快速发展,当代大学生思想变得现实、复杂,给辅导员工作带来新的困惑和挑战。本文通过分析与当代大学生相关的三个主要群体,提出通过重视与任课教师、学生干部、学生家长的沟通联系,实现全方位监控学生,做好学生管理工作。

The counselor as a line of the college student management work personnel, bear the important responsibility. With the rapid development of market economy, contemporary college students thoughts become reality, complex, bring new challenges and confused counselors work. In this article, through analysis of three main groups associated with contemporary college students, put forward by attaches great importance to the parents and teacher, student cadre, communication links, all-round monitoring of students, and the management of students.
