大学生党性修养教育是高校基层党务工作者面临的重要课题之一,"90后"大学生党员的群体特质和生活环境对党性修养教育提出了新的挑战。本文以某大学为例,从调查"90后"大学生党员的党性现状出发,分析其党性缺失的深层次原因,进一步探索重塑其党性修养的有效路径,对切实加强和改进"90后"大学生党员党性修养教育具有较强的借鉴意义。
