摘要
以低压电动机热过载保护为研究对象,在分析热过载保护的电流反时限特性模型和热积累模型的基础上,介绍了一种热过载保护装置的设计方法。主要对保护装置的总体结构、部分硬件电路设计和保护算法设计进行了分析,并给出了保护装置的部分测试和检验结果。实验表明,该保护装置具有较高的检测精度,完全能够满足低压电动机热过载保护的需要。
Based on the analysis of the current inverse-time characteristic model and the heat accumulation model, a thermal overload protection device is presented considering the low voltage motor thermal overload protection. The overall structure, hardware design and protection algorithm are analyzed, and the results of testing and inspection are given. The experiments show that the prntection device has higher detection accuracy, thus it is able to fully meet the low voltage motor thermal overload protection needs.
