导弹特种车辆行驶操稳性测量系统设计

摘要 导弹特种车辆行驶操稳性的检测评估是安全技术检验的重要环节,操稳性的优劣直接关系到乘员和车载导弹武器的安全;针对特种车辆行驶操稳性评价,目前还没有建立相关评估指标体系,主要依靠经验判断或定性分析,缺乏测量评估手段;基于DEWE-43数据采集装置及VC++6.0等开发工具,构建实用性较好的导弹特种车辆操稳性测量系统,通过对多传感器信号的实时采集和分析处理,实现特种车辆行驶操稳性的在线监测与评估;最后通过实车道路试验验证了系统的有效性和可靠性。 Detection and evaluation of missile special vehicle handling stability is an important part of vehicle safety and technical inspection, handling stability performance will be directly related to occupant amenity and safety of vehicle missile weapon system. Directed toward handling stability evaluation of special vehicle, the corresponding evaluation index system has not been established nowadays, and the evaluation is mainly depend on empirical judgment or qualitative analysis under the background of lacking measurement and evaluation path. The highly practicable missile special vehicle handling stability measuring system is developed based on DEWE--43 data acquisition device and VC + +6.0 development tools, and the on--line monitoring and evaluating of handling stability is achieved through real--time acquisition and analysis processing. Finally, proving road test shows the validity and reliability of the measuring system.
