水温对低压微润管出流影响的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探明微润管在空气中的出流情况,在室内进行了微润管空气出流试验研究。通过对水温和出流的测量分析,结果表明:微润管在空气中的出流随时间变化趋势和水温随时间变化趋势非常的一致,出流量和水温有着很好的线性拟合关系。1m水头下出流平均值137.23mL/h,流量误差限-35.54%~39.00%;2m水头下流量平均值为235.63mL/h,流量误差限-28.52%~21.46%。温度变化1℃时,流量的改变量,1m水压时为5.89mL,2m水压时为9.26mL,压力水头越大温度对其出流影响越大,该研究结果为微润灌溉技术在实践中的应用和系统参数设计提供基本依据。 In order to ascertain the outflows of moistube in the air, a laboratory experimental study of the outflows of moistube is con- ducted. The results of measurement and analysis on water temperature and outflows show that the outflows of moistube in the air with the change of time and water temperature with the change of time are very consistent, the outflow volume and water temperature change have nice linear relevant fitting relationship. The average of outflows is 137.23 mL/h under lm hydraulic head and the error limit of outflows is between -35.54% and 39%; the average of outflows is 235.63 mL/h under 2 m hydraulic head and the error limit of outflows is between -28. 52% and 21.46%. When the temperature change one degree, the change in outflow is 5.89 mL/h under the 1 m head and 9.26ml/h under 2 m head. These research results provide a basic for the application of moistube irrigation and the design of system parameter.
