摘要
农业节水工程项目资产管理的最终目的是要使工程投入综合效益最大化,因此采取有效的方法进行农业节水工程项目资产管理的绩效评价是非常必要的,本文研究了农业节水工程项目资产管理绩效评价的目标、原则、准则,构建了农业节水工程项目资产管理绩效评价指标体系,研究结果能够为农业节水工程项目资产绩效评价提供必要的理论方法和策略支持。
The ultimate objective of asset management in an agricultural water conservation project is to comprehensively maximize the benefits for given project input. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize an effective method in performance assessment. This paper investigates the objective, the principle and the standard of performance assessment of asset management in agricultural water conservation projects and establishes the performance assessment indicator system for agricultural water conservation projects. The research result will provide supports in terms of both methodology and strategy regarding performance assessment in asset management of agricultural water conservation projects.
