日本现代建筑设计尊重文化,在此基础上又具备创新精神。文化在变迁发展中与设计息息相关,日本现代建筑的转译和隐喻恰能将其体现。文章通过对日本文化的介绍,并在对日本现代建筑特征进行概括的基础上,总结日本现代建筑对传统文化的吸纳和表达。

Modern Japanese architecture shows respect on its culture and innovation as well. Culture has close relation with design during its develop-ment process, which can be presented through the interpretation and metaphor of modern Japanese architecture. Through the introduction of Japanese culture and combined with the characteristics of modern Japanese architecture, the acceptance and expression of traditional culture in modern Japanese architecture are summarized.
