摘要
探讨了影响地下车库造价的几种主要因素,重点比较了不同柱网跨度、不同楼盖体系、不同基础形式下经济指标的差异,得出通过减小层高、布置小柱网、采用无梁楼盖,以及合理基础形式和桩型可以实现结构经济最优化,为类似工程的设计积累了理论和实践经验。
Several factors that influence the cost of the underground garage are analyzed in the paper. We compare the difference of economic in-dicators under some factors like different column grid,floor systems and foundation forms. We can realize optimization of economic structure by reducing the height,arrangement of small column grid,using flat floor slab and reasonable foundation forms and pile type. Which can provide a theoretical and practical experience for the similar engineering design.
