Combining with the soft foundation treatment project of some program,the paper introduces the craft of the surcharge load with plastic drainage plate and sand piles,evaluates the soft foundation treatment effect according to the analysis,monitoring and test results,and illustrates the workability of the craft in the project,so as to provide some reference to enhance the treatment of the dredging-reclamation foundation.
