大型轴流风机风量测试CFD模拟与实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以南京地铁二号线A站端排风机作为研究对象,建立了合适的物理数学模型,采用CFD模拟与实验测试的方法进行了研究,并对轴流风机运行频率在13 Hz^39 Hz之间的14种工况进行了CFD模拟与实测,分析结果发现:轴流风机CFD模拟结果具有可靠性;风机频率在13 Hz^39 Hz之间时入流断面速度场分布都很均匀,因此在入流端断面进行大型轴流风机风量测试,所得结果会更加准确。 Taking the flow fan at A station end of the Second Line of Nanjing Metro,the paper establishes the proper physical and mathematical model,adopts the CFD simulation and emperimetnal test to research the issue,undertakes the CFD simulation and measurement of the 14 kinds of working conditions with the axial flow fan’s frequency between 13 Hz-39 Hz,finds the analysis result that the simulation result is reliable and the inflow section’s velocity field distribution of the fan frequency between 13 Hz-39 Hz is even,so the large axial flow fan’s air flow rate test of the inflow end section has more accurate results.
