建立高职生综合素质评价档案的价值思考

随着我国经济建设的发展,社会对人才的要求越来越高,学生的综合素质显得越来越重要。因此,在招生制度改革、生源多样化的高职院校,以就业为需求,通过建立涵盖学生在校期间的政治思想素质、人文素质、专业素质、身心素质等方面的考核评价档案,并对各项资料统计分析,综合反映学生在校的全面表现,从而扎实有效地发挥高职生档案的作用。本文通过阐述高职生综合素质评价档案的必要性,以资对高职生综合素质评价的完善发挥有效的借鉴、参考作用。

With the development of economy in China, the social demand for talent is more diverse, the overall quality of students is becoming more and more important, therefore, in the reform of higher vocational colleges with enrollment diversifi- cation and employment demand, through the establishment of evaluation archives concerning students＂ ideological and political quality, cultural quality, professional quality, physical and mental aspects, with data analysis, it can reflect the overall per- formance of students in the school, which is a very useful resource. The students＂ comprehensive quality assessment files play an effective reference role to improve the comprehensive quality assessment of students in higher vocational colleges.
