世界全科医学主题结构及其演进可视化研究

A study of visualized presentation of the thematic structure of general practice and its evolution

随着慢性病、人们的不良生活方式所诱发的疾病不断增多,以及人口老龄化问题的日益严重,全科医学的重要性也随之日趋增长。研究全科医学主题结构及其演进情况,并以直观的方式进行可视化展示,能够帮助我们发现隐藏在繁复数据背后的重要信息,更好地把握全科医学的发展状况。本文利用Sci MAT对WOS数据库收录的世界全科医学2000—2014年论文数据进行处理,绘制了重叠图、类团进化图和主题战略图,分别从关键词变化、主题类团进化以及主题发展程度三个角度对其主题结构及其演进进行了初步探讨。研究发现在2000—2014年间全科医学主要关键词、主要研究类团逐渐增加,其研究内容随时间推移更为丰富;全科医学表现出以社区和家庭为基础、预防为向导、以人为中心的特征;"全科医学""预防"是全科医学领域成熟度和核心度最高的两个领域,属"驱动"类团,不但自身发展很好,也带动其他类团的发展;常见病的治疗逐渐成为全科医学的主要方向,而全科医学顾问服务可能成为下一个重要的研究方向。

With the growth of chronic diseases and aging population,the importance of general medicine will be emphasized gradually. To study thethemes of world structure and its evolution of general practice and display it in a simple intuitive graphical will help us to identify important information behind the complex data and grasp the development of General Medical. The overlapping map and evolution map drawn by Sci MAT can helps us detect the evolution of the clusters throughout the different periods,and study the transient and new items of each period and the items shared by two consecutive periods. This paper applies Sci MAT software into the visualization analysis about the literature data from 2000 to2014 in General Practice,and to carry out preliminary discussion on evolution of the thematic structure by overlapping map,evolution map and strategic diagram. With the main keywords and main cluster gradually increase in this period,the content of General Practice will be more richly.＂General Practice＂and＂Prevention＂are two central and developed clusters. The treatment of common diseases has gradually become the dominant trend in general practice.
