医学干预对空巢老人健康状况的对策研究

Medical countermeasure for health of empty-nest elderly

目的空巢老人是我国老年人中逐渐扩大的弱势群体,面临着诸多的身心及社会问题,应从多方面多角度给予解决。医学指导和生活方式的指导为空巢老人在自然衰老的过程中,顺应自然,合理科学规划自己的晚年生活提供借鉴。方法通过分析空巢老人的健康现状,对空巢老人进行健康专题讲座、指导科学合理用药、开展中医养生大讲堂活动、开展健康娱乐活动的医学指导以及饮食起居、子女教育、家庭关怀、个人观念转变的生活方式指导的干预。结果空巢现象是一种社会现象,关系到现代化进程、人们生存质量和社会稳定。经过医学干预的空巢老人思想及身体健康比较稳定,生活相对规律,在一些小问题方面能很好地解决,并且医学干预和生活方式的指导对于空巢老人来说更为迫切和需要。结论通过对空巢老人健康教育,不仅从医学知识方面得到提高,树立正确的健康观、培养良好心态的重要性,使老年人真正能够"老有所依,老有所为,老有所乐",不断提高空巢老人的生活质量和维护社会稳定具有重要意义。

Objective As an increasingly widening vulnerable group,empty-nest elderly faces many physical,mental,and social problems,which need to be solved from many perspectives. Medical guide and way of life guidance will provide reference for empty-nest elderly to make a better plan for their later life. Methods Through the analysis of the health status of empty-nest elderly,this paper gives out certain intervention,such as empty-nest elderly health seminar,scientific and rational drug use,traditional Chinese medicine health preserving lecture,health entertainment activities of medical guide,dietary daily life,children education,family care and personal conceptual change. Results The phenomenon of empty nest is a social phenomenon,which concerns the modernization process,life quality and social stability. After the medical intervention and lifestyle guide,empty-nest elderly are thought to be more stable both physically and mentally. They can live a regular life and can solve small issues very well. Conclusion The health education for the empty-nest elderly can not only enrich their medical knowledge,but also can set up their correct health perspective,and cultivate their good mentality.＂To let the old have someone to depend on;To let the old have something to do;To let the old have something to be happy with＂is of great significance to the quality life of empty-nest elderly,and to the maintenance of social stability.
