非Hp非NSAIDs相关溃疡的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer,PU)是指胃肠道黏膜被胃酸、胃蛋白酶消化而形成深达黏膜下层的损伤,包括胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡[1]。众所周知,幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)的清除和对非甾体抗炎药(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)应用是导致PU两大独立危险因素。近些年来,随着一类并非由Hp和NSAIDs引起的相关溃疡即非Hp非NSAIDs相关溃疡又称为特发性溃疡(idiopathic pepticulcer disease,IPUD)发病比例的不断攀升,IPUD开始逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。
