摘要
分析了西曲矿选煤厂706刮板机频繁发生断链事故的原因,通过应用两种高强度链条安全系数的计算方法对刮板机链条的强度分别进行了验算校核,并对两种不同的计算结果进行比较与分析,得出了传统方法计算过程繁琐且考虑因素不全面,计算出的安全系数可靠程度偏小。根据第二种方法的计算结果,结合生产现场实际情况,采用一套简单、经济、可靠、易行的技术改造方案,将其最大运输量由800 t/h提高到了1 200 t/h,提高了刮板机运行的安全可靠性,消除了断链事故,保证了安全生产。
Analyzes the reasons why 706 scraper conveyor chain rupture accident happened frequently in Xiqu coal mine preparation plant.Two kinds of high strength safety coefficient computing method are applied to check scraper conveyor chain strength,and the two kinds of different calculation results are compared and analyzed.Obtains that the calculation process of traditional method is cumbersome and consideration is not comprehensive,the reliability of safety coefficient is small.According to the calculation result of the second method,combines with the actual pro-duction situation of the field,uses a set of simple,economic,reliable,feasible technical transformation scheme,the maximum transport capacity increased from 800 t/h to 1 200 t/h,improve the safety and reliability of scraper convey-or operation,eliminate the broken chain accident,ensure safety in production.
