Research and Exploration on Coal Chemical Industry Development in Shanxi Province

针对山西省拥有丰富的煤炭储量,煤炭资源在山西的经济发展中有着重要地位的现状,探讨了煤炭资源精细化利用对山西省经济快速、稳定、健康发展所起的重要作用。基于山西省富煤、传统煤化工发展比例较高的背景情况,通过客观分析煤化工产业链精细化发展所面临的广阔前景以及机遇与挑战,从政府调控、发展循环经济、建立机制、人才培养、区域建设等方面,提出了发展山西煤化工产业的战略对策,得出了在传统煤化工的基础上嫁接发展现代煤化工,拓展产业链向下游延伸,煤基化工材料可作为优先选择的煤化工发展方向。

As there are abundant coal reserves in Shanxi province,coal plays a very important role in economic development of Shanxi province.Discusses the important effect of coal refined utilization for fast,stable and healthy e-conomic development in Shanxi province.Shanxi is a coal -rich province whose traditional coal chemical industries take a high proportion.Objectively analyzes the broad prospects,opportunities and challenges in refinement and de-velopment of coal chemical industry chain.Refer to government regulation,development of recycling economy,estab-lishment of mechanism,personnel training,regional construction,etc,the strategy for development of Shanxi coal chemical industry has been proposed.The conclusion has been drawn that on the basis of traditional coal chemical in-dustries,modern coal chemical industries are developing,and the industrial chain is extending.Coal -based chemi-cal materials can be the first choice in coal chemical development.
