提升公共服务供给水平、健全公共服务体系是政府改善民生幸福的重要途径,也是政府行使公共职能的职责所在。美英日等发达国家形成了各具特色、具有典型意义的公共服务体系构建模式,推动了公共服务业发展,提高了社会公众对政府的满意度。对其构建模式进行梳理并予以借鉴,有利于推进我国公共服务业的有效、健康发展。

Enhancing the level of supply of public services, improving the public service system is an important means for government to improve the livelihood of the people happiness, and it also takes on the responsibility of the public function of the government. Britain, the United States, Canada and Japan and so on have formed different characteristics and models of typical public service system, promoting the development of public services, improving the satisfaction of the social public to the gov- ernment. Combing and reference to their construction modes is helpful to promoting the development of China＇s public services effectively and healthily.
