微时代语境下,主流媒体对社会舆论的引导和控制能力有所降低,微时代信息传播的平民化弱化了社会主义核心价值体系的传播效率,"意见领袖"分散了社会主义核心价值体系的影响力。为此,要实现微时代语境下社会主义核心价值体系的有效传播:一是建立主流媒体与微时代各新媒介互动的信息传播机制;二是营造良好的传播环境,打通社会主义核心价值体系传播的上下"通道";三是注重发挥"意见领袖"的正能量作用。

The micro social context, the mainstream media decreased to guide and control ability of the public opinion, the civilian micro dissemination of information age has weakenedthe communication efficiency of the system of socialist core values; ＂opinion leaders＂ dispersedthe socialist core value system of influence. Therefore, in order to achieve effective communication micro socialist core value systemin the context of the times： first, we need to build the information communicationmechanism for the establishment of the mainstream media and micro era each new media interactive; next, we need to createa good communication environment, through the dissemination of socialist core value systemof the upper and lower ＂channel＂; then we need to pay attention to play the role of opinion ＂positive energyleader＂.
