犯罪嫌疑人对讯问人员期望的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Criminal Suspects' Expectation to Interrogators

讯问阶段犯罪嫌疑人对讯问人员的期望是反映他们对讯问工作认知态度和心理指向的重要方面,全面分析和准确把握犯罪嫌疑人对讯问人员的期望是成功开展讯问的重要方面。以445名在押的犯罪嫌疑人为考察对象,分析他们对讯问人员期望的基本特征,结果发现,犯罪嫌疑人对讯问人员的期望共有16种,主要内容可以概括为期望讯问人员杜绝非法的讯问方法和维护自己的合法权益两大方面。犯罪嫌疑人对讯问人员期望的实证研究结果对理论和实务工作者认识犯罪嫌疑人在讯问阶段独特的心理特征和有的放矢地开展相关工作会提供有益的启发和思考。

In interrogation stage, criminal suspects＇ expectation to interrogators can reflect their cognitive attitude and psychological direction about interrogation work. It is very important to comprehensively analyze and accurately understand suspects＇ expectation in successful interrogation. Targeting 445 suspects under detention, we analyzed basic characteristics of their expectation to finally find that those expectations fall into categories of 16, mainly including ban of illegal interrogation methods and safeguard of legitimate rights of themselves. The result of empirical study plays an important role in understanding suspects＇ psychological characteristics in interrogation stage and provides a beneficial enlightenment and thinking in carrying out relevant work in a targeted way.
