首都圈发展模式与门户城市作用的国际比较

An International Comparative Study on the Development Modes of Capital-circles and the Functions of Gateway Cities

梳理了国内外首都圈理论研究进展,对纽约都市圈、日本首都圈、巴黎都市圈、伦敦都市圈、韩国首都圈等发展较为成熟的首都圈发展模式与门户城市作用进行了比较,并总结其发展特点与经验,从制定规划、空间布局、产业分工、基础设施建设、门户城市引领、城市群建设等六个方面提出推动中国首都圈建设的建议。

This article firstly summarized the theoretical evolution of metropolis in and out of China, and then made a comparison on the development modes of eapital-ircles and the functions of gateway cities among New York, Japan, Paris, London and South Korea, which have had abundant experiences on their development. Based on their development features and experience, the article proposed suggestions for the promotion of the capital-circle in China, from six perspectives as program formulation, spatial distribution, industrial division, infrastructure construction, gateway cities＇ guidance, and the construction of urban clusters.
