摘要 目的探讨颅骨缺损时间和颅骨修补手术对患者血流动力学、神经功能的影响。方法将22例神志清楚的颅骨缺损患者术前行经颅多普勒超声(Transcranial Doppler sonography,TCD)及神经功能评分,术后复查TCD及神经功能评分,分析不同颅骨缺损时间患者颅内血流及神经功能的变化。结果缺损时间<6个月(12例)与缺损时间>6个月(10例)患者在缺损时间、术前术后TCD、术后KPS评分差异有统计学意义。结论颅骨缺损时间长短对患者颅内血流动力学及神经功能有明显影响,颅骨缺损时间较短的患者血流动力学及神经功能影响较小,颅骨修补术后血流动力学及神经功能恢复较好。 Objective To explore the effects of skull defect time and cranioplasty on hemodynamics and neural function in patients.Methods 22 conscious cases with the skull defect were performed transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) and neural functional evaluation before and after operation ;the changes of intracranial blood velocity and neurological function were ana‐lyzed.Results Compared defect time less than 6 months (12 cases) with that more than 6 months (10 cases) ,the defect time , preoperative and postoperative TCD ,KPS scores after operation all had statistical significances. Conclusion Patients with shorter defect time have small effect on blood velocity and neural function ,and the recovery of which is better after cranioplas‐ty.
