Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 155 cases with progressive cerebral infarction from October 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group with 77 cases and the study group with 78 cases ,the control group was treated with enteric‐coated aspirin tablets ,the study group received combination therapy of low molecular weight heparin based on control group. Clinical efficacy ,NIHSS score and ADL score of the two groups were compared. Results The total ef‐fective rates of the study group and the control group was 89.74% ,75.32% ,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). After treatment ,the NIHSS scores were significantly lower and ADL scores were significantly higher in two groups , and NIHSS scores in study group were significantly lower than that in control group ,ADL score was significantly higher(P〈0.05). The levels of PLT ,Fg in study group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment ,and PT ,APTT were significantly prolonged ,the differences were significant(P〈0.05).And there were no adverse events in the two groups. Conclusion The treatment of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin for progressive cerebral infarction has better clinical efficacy ,which can improve the patient's NIHSS score and ADL score and be widely applied for the clinical application.
