新形势下高校档案文化建设探究

Exploring Culture Construction of Archives of Institutions of Higher Learning under the New Era

在当前文化强国建设背景下,高校档案部门作为高校内部文化机构,应积极承担起文化建设的重要责任。本文揭示了高校档案文化内涵,分析得出高校档案具有文化记忆、文化教育、文化传播、文化传承、文化服务、文化增值、文化休闲七大功能,并就做好新形势下高校档案文化建设提出了更新理念,提高师生档案文化意识;结合实际,推动档案文化建设可持续发展;注重特色,优化馆藏档案资源结构;开放馆藏,提升高校档案文化社会贡献力;紧扣时代,搭建档案文化传播新平台等措施。

Under the background of improving the national culture construction, the archives of institution of higher learning as the culture construct institution should be charged actively with the duty of culture construction. This study reveals the connotations of the culture construction of institution of higher learning archives and concludes that there are seven functions about archives of institution of higher learning under the new era, such as culture memory, culture education, culture propagation, culture inheritance, culture service, culture increase in value, and culture relaxation. This study suggests： （1） updating the philosophy and improving the archives culture of the teachers and students; （2） promoting the sustainable development of culture construction with reality; （3） paying more attention to the characteristic to enhance the quantity of archives, to optimize the archives resource composition; （4） opening the collection to elevate the contribution of the archives culture of institution of higher learning archives; （5） and establishing the platform to propagate the archives culture following the era progress.
