高职院校大学生创业意识和创业能力的培养

The Cultivation of Enterprising Consciousness and Ability of Vocational College Students

当前大学生就业难已经成为一个社会问题,引起了社会各界的高度重视,提出的解决对策可谓是仁者见仁、智者见智。本文结合了我国大学生就业的实际和高职院校大学生的特点,论证了提升高职院校大学生创业意识和创业能力的必要性,在对制约高职院校大学生创业意识和创业能力提升的影响因素进行分析的基础上,提出了提升高职院校大学生创业意识和创业能力的对策措施。

Difficult employment of college students has become a social problem nowadays, which drew the attention of the society from all walks of life, but each one thinks in his way on countermeasures. This paper demonstrates the necessity of promoting vocational college students＇ enterprising consciousness and ability in combination with the actual employment of college students in our country and the characteristics of vocational college students, and puts forward the countermeasures to enhance vocational college students＇ enterprising consciousness and ability on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of lifting control of vocational college students＇ enterorisin consciousness and ability.
