摘要
目的研究电子射野影像装置(EPID)安装时2种不同的高度标定方法和2种不同的中心标定方法,找出方便、快捷且准确的EPID位置标定方法。方法对于1台装有EPID的加速器,分别采用金属球法和3D Frame法进行EPID的高度标定,分别采用金属球法和Collimator QA法进行EPID的中心标定。结果根据不同方法采集的图像,计算对应的高度标定值以及中心标定值。结论 3D Frame法与Collimator QA法更加稳定可靠,适合作为临床上EPID的安装标定与质检方法。
Objective To find a more convenient, more effective and more accurate method to implement the postion calibration of electronic portal imaging device (EPID) by studying two kinds of height calibration method and two kinds of center calibration method. Methods For the same accelerator equipped with EPID, metal ball method and 3D Frame method was used to implement height calibration respectively, and mental ball method and Collimator QA method was used to implement center calibration respectively. Results According to the captured images,the height calibration value and the center calibration value were worked out respectively. Conclusion 3D Frame method and Collimator QA method are more stable and reliable, and more suitable for clinical EPID calibration and quality assurance.
