摘要
在个性化教育已成为世界各国高等教育发展的必然趋势的背景下,高校应认真研究、积极探索、科学谋划、合理推进。在学生工作中推进个性化教育需要从"课堂教学、社会实践、校园文化和制度建设"四个维度入手,其中课堂教学是基础,社会实践是手段,校园文化是载体,制度建设是保障,这样才能切实将个性化教育融入高校立德树人全过程。
As it has become an inevitable trend in the development of world higher education, personalized education should be researched carefully, explored actively, planned scientifically and progressed reasonably in universities. To promote personalized education in student management, it is required to begin from the following four aspects, namely, “classroom teaching, social practicing, campus culture and system building”. Among them, classroom teaching is the basis, social practicing is the tool, campus culture is the carrier and the system building is the guarantee. These can help integrate personalized education into morality education literally.
