摘要
研究机械设备本体的设计与分析方法,提出了基于宏微观的设计与分析思路。基于此思路以大型液压机本体的设计与分析为工程案例进行了分析。首先,进行了宏观分析,建立了其理论模型和基于外点罚函数法的优化模型,并对其进行了验证;然后,进行了微观分析,研究了过渡圆角半径对其强度和刚度的影响规律。为机械设备本体的高效、准确的设计与分析提供了方法和依据。
Design and analysis methods of the noumenon of mechanical equipment were studied. The design and analysis approach based on macro and micro idea was proposed. Taking the engineering case of hydraulic press noumenon for example, the study analyzed the design of mechanical equipment noumenon. Firstly, its macro analysis was done, including establishing its theoretical model and optimization model with external penalty function method. Then, its micro analysis was done, including studying on the influence of its transitional fillet radius to its strength and stiffness. Moreover, the analysis model established was verified. The study in the paper provides an approach to efficient and accurate design and analysis of the noumenon of mechanical equipment.
