现行《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》自2014年1月1日实施以来,在适用中发现对部分条款的内容在理解上有争议。鉴此,本文对该标准中的"须手术治疗""跨部位的单条软组织创口或瘢痕损伤程度""扩创创口""颅脑伤后出现神经系统症状和体征"等十二处争议进行分析,并提出了自己的见解。
