摘要
由于管理和考核制度不完善,医事法学本科法学实习大多流于形式;同时,目前正在运行的医事法学本科实践性教学效果也不理想。要保证医事法学本科生法学实习的教学质量,需要多方关注和努力;而要提高课堂中的实践性教学效果,则需要学校改善教学条件、完善相关制度,以调动医事法学专业师生参与实践性教学的积极性。
Due to the imperfect management and appraisal system, most of the undergraduate law practice becomes a mere formality; meanwhile, currently running undergraduate practical teaching does not achieve the ideal effect. To ensure teaching quality of Medical Jurisprudence undergraduate internship, much attention and effort are needed; and to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching in the classroom, it requires the improvement of teaching conditions and the related systems in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers and students to participate in the practical teaching.
